Michael Swain, ACA
Director
Michael qualified as an ACA in 1986 in the U.K. where he was the Finance Director and Compliance Officer for a stockbroking company. Moving to Bermuda in 1989 he has held accounting, account executive and C.F.O. positions with S.A. Arthur Morris, Liberty International Management (Bermuda) Ltd and Realm Investments. Michael was a founding partner and is President of Novus Management Ltd.

Nicholas Wills, Dip FS (Insurance Broking), QPIB
Nick moved to Bermuda and joined the Novus team in 2003 as Assistant Vice-President, after having worked in both the London and Sydney insurance markets. He has held various insurance and reinsurance broking positions throughout his career including Bain Clarkson Reinsurance Brokers Limited, The Brockbank Syndicate at Lloyd's, SCB Reinsurance Brokers (London) Limited and Willis Australia Limited.
